Resolved. Thanks for your patience

Our host provider has reached back saying there was a misconfiguration in our servers that caused high CPU usage and eventually soft bricked the servers. It’s since been resolved, and we’re now booting up the servers!

We're aware of the outage. Unfortunately, this outage appears to be out of our control and is related to our host provider. We've contacted them and are awaiting a response. ETA TBD.
